▪ Open all HRM solo and group rappers and dance squads
▪ Application Deadline: Thursday, November 4
Prizes:
Rap: $200 1st prize and $100 2nd prize
Dance: $200 1st prize and $100 2nd prize
Best Preston Theme rap: $100
